Is CSS float deprecated?

The short answer is no, CSS float is not deprecated. CSS float is still a widely used and accepted styling feature used in web layout. Float enables designers to create robust and responsive layouts, which is why it's been so popular for so many years.

In fact, float continues to be used by the vast majority of websites today. It is often combined with newer CSS features such as Flexbox and Grid, allowing developers to create more complex layouts that are easier to maintain. While other techniques such as flexbox and grid have become popular in recent years, float is still an excellent option for positioning elements on the page.

While it may not be the most modern way to style a webpage, float is still a very useful tool and one that should not be overlooked or depreciated. Developers who are new to web design should familiarize themselves with float and understand how it works in order to create powerful and effective layouts.
